Building Rentals

The Monadnock Conservancy's headquarters in Keene contains two meeting spaces that will be available for rent beginning in October of 2026. Please read below for more information and click here to fill out the Building Rental Inquiry form. The Building

The Monadnock Conservancy's headquarters is located at 82 Ashuelot Street, adjacent to Ashuelot River Park in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed in the Summer of 2026, the building is Net-Positive, meaning its solar array produces more energy than the building uses. To track the buildings solar energy production, click here. The building was constructed using the latest in energy saving techniques and materials. 

There are 25 parking spaces in the Conservancy's lot with more parking in the nearby shopping plaza.
